• Submission data: Game files, screenshots, descriptions, and associated metadata uploaded during FrogJam events.
• Communications: Messages sent through the contact form, support requests, and in-platform comments.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, referral sources, and general interaction patterns.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the FrogPad platform.
• Process jam registrations, submissions, and voting.
• Send notifications you’ve opted into (jam announcements, reminders, comments).
• Display your public profile and submissions to other users.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Analyse usage trends to improve user experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

FrogPad is operated from the United States. If you are accessing FrogPad from the EU, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using FrogPad, you consent to this transfer.
