About This Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Game Developer to lead our core development team. You'll be responsible for architecting game systems, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of core game systems and features
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards
- Collaborate with designers and artists on technical implementation
- Optimize game performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Participate in project planning and estimation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of game development experience
- Strong proficiency with Unity and C#
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of game engine architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiplayer game development
- Shipped at least one commercial game
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of networking and server architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
